1. Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation: Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it. To cancel, please contact our customer support at sureshlawhouse@gmail.com
Non-Cancellable Items: Customized and special order items cannot be cancelled once the order is confirmed.

2. Refund Policy

Eligibility: Refunds are available for items returned within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt.
Non-Refundable Items: Customized and special order items are not eligible for refunds unless there is a defect or error on our part.
Process: To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
